How do we proof this aim to you?
… by being certified according to „DIN EN ISO 9001“.
This norm is an internationally renowned standard for quality management systems within companies and likely the most widespread as well as most significant one. A certification can only be issued by an external authority who reviews the company’s organization and operations – in our case, this was conducted by Germany’s well-respected SGS.
Our quality management system aims to increase customer satisfaction and to make company processes more transparent while reducing errors and costs at the same time. Our primary objective is to prevent errors in the first place instead of having to correct them afterwards. In order to maintain a continuous customer satisfaction on the highest level and to further increase customer loyalty, there is an annual quality audit and after every 3 years another re-certification audit, each one executed by an external auditor.
MEDOtec‘s ISO 9001 certification is the foundation for a long-term, focused market positioning as a premium supplier. Our implemented quality management ensures continuous improvement of intra-organizational processes.
As a written confirmation of our highest quality standards we have been certified according to ISO 9001 in its most recent version of 2015.
